Central America gives us some exceptional coffees. Clean, bright and sweet are the hallmarks of a classic Central American coffee.

Coffees from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama are harvested from December to March. After harvest, coffees are rested at the mills for several weeks before they are shipped north. Typically we receive our supply of these coffees during May and June. Once our supply is exhausted we wait patiently for the new crop to arrive.
