In some cases we have multiple coffees from a single country. Different regions, producers, processing styles and roast levels are highlighted because we want to share as much information about the coffee you are buying. Sometimes you will see long acronyms, which indicate a cooperative name, or family estate names. Understanding the origin of your coffee allows you to develop a better idea of the complexity the world's great coffees offer.
