|  A wake up in every cup. Agua Azul from Peru and semi-washed Indonesian coffees mingle to create a crisp, sweet cup teaming with body. Sweet notes of rain-kissed earth and tobacco bound from the ruggedly charming yet slightly wild Sumatran coffee. Fusing seamlessly with the heirloom, time-honored bourbon varietal from the foothills of the Andes. If WAKE UP! is what it takes to get you moving in the morning, this coffee might be for you.

 A medium roasted espresso. Sweet and opulent, with maple, dried fruit and chocolate notes. A blend of semi-washed and washed coffees, the Old World Espresso features a dry-processed Ethiopian, semi-washed sumatra, Peru Jaen, and AAA Bolvian Cumbre. Wonderful tiger-striped crema awaits!

Roasted in the Southern Italian style, our Espresso Dominica fuses coffees from around the globe into a blend that offers a smooth, rich cup. Sweet caramel coupled with hints of berries and hazelnuts unite to form a thick shot capped off with a beautiful tiger striped crema. Certified Organic/Shade Grown.

 Sold in our cafe as simply the "37," we created this blend of fair trade coffees from Indonesia, Central, and South American for our friends on the mountain who wanted a full bodied brew of medium roast with enough punch to cut the infamous Humboldt fog.

Coffees from the Indonesian archipelago are blended with beans from Ethopia to offer our organic interpretation of one of the first blended coffees. Sweet tropical fruit mingles in the cup with hints of spice and floral tones. Crisp, balanced acidity gives this coffee a clean finish.
